I had the oil changed on my Acura, recently, .. then it started rattling a few days later... and this is what I saw when I looked under my SUV, They took screws off of those parts.. so I would take it back. Trying to get more money from me.

Been going there since they opened. I was having car touble only to find out they put wiper fluid where the coolant goes and they didnt even change the oil. Not sure how many times they did this and still charged me. So disapointed since ive never had any issues there. Had to find somewhere else to go since i dont trust their service any more. Id put zero stars but i cant.

Came in for an oil change. When returned home, I saw drops on the road leading to under the SUV. Looked underneath and found a puddle of oil under the truck. Went back and was told they must have forgot to put the seal back on drain plug. Got a 10% off card for my next oil change. 👌 In my opinion, I feel this was grossly incompetent and irresponsible. Does this place not have someone overseeing the work performed?? How does something like a seal get forgotten? What if I am driving out of town and dont find out until the oil reservoir is empty and the engine destroys itself? Although I did drive around for a while before coming home, who knows how much oil was left in the engine by the time i found out and returned to this place. Now all thats left is to I wait and hope nothing was damaged internally. This mistake can cost someone their engine or worse than that the entire vehicle with the price of an engine repairs nowadays. Do yourself a huge favor and do your maintenance somewhere else.
